The future of beekeeping in our hands – NO BEE NO FOOD

photos

The campaign “Bee or not to Be?” / No Bee No Food completed in January 2015, 18 months of action. A noble cause, every day we have conducted voluntarily, aiming at a greater good: raise awareness of the importance of bees, highlighting the serious problem of their decline.

This journey, we have encountered countless stories of love with bees and nature (SIM, because it is virtually impossible to separate this!!). IS, surely, that we portray this photo, It is one that makes us renew your energy for a new work cycle.

Lucas is a young beekeeper from São Paulo. With just 12 years had gained some hives from his father, who taught him to admire and take care of bees. Changed the fun of the ball to accompany him on weekends in the apiary deals. Fearless and excited, It was always the first to arrive and recognize their swarms. In December 2014, on Christmas Eve, He experienced a major trauma for any beekeeper: find your infected apiary. There was no mask could hide his disappointment to find her friends dead bees. To be sued for a photo, spontaneously knelt, gathered in his hands some bees that were fallen down and allowed a single record.

No bee, without food!
